All Sales are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Quality Assurance and Defective Items

If you encounter any defects with your order, please contact our support team at 99asmrstore@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product. Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within this timeframe. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 14 days after the estimated delivery date. 

Address and Shipment Policies

  • Incorrect Address: If the address provided is insufficient and the shipment is returned to us, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you. Please double check that you are sending to the correct address before you make a purchase.
  • Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that are not claimed and returned will incur reshipment costs, which the buyer will be responsible for.
  • Customer Returns: We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse. If a product is returned to us, it will not be reshipped and no refund will be issued.

 

Environmental Responsibility

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact. By making all sales final, we minimize the carbon footprint associated with the transportation and handling of returned goods. This approach helps in:

  • Reducing the use of additional packaging materials.
  • Minimizing the fuel consumption and emissions from return shipments.
  • Lessening the strain on warehousing and storage facilities, which in turn conserves energy.

EU Consumers

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights:

  1. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized items.
  2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery, which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, are also excluded.

Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
